Everything to know before you inquire. Full terms are in the rental agreement.
Is my date reserved when I send an inquiry?
No. We confirm every inquiry personally. Your booking is confirmed once the booking deposit is received.
How much is the deposit?
A refundable $100 booking deposit secures your date. It does not go toward the rental total, and it is refunded after the equipment has been fully assessed. The full balance is due on arrival on the rental date.
How far in advance should I book?
We suggest booking at least 2 to 3 months in advance, as dates do fill up quickly.
What ages are the sets designed for?
Our sets are specially designed for children 6 months to 5 years old.
How long is the rental period?
All rentals are priced at a flat rate for anywhere between 4 and 6 hours. We do not give discounts for less rental time. There is a $25 fee for each additional hour. The latest pick-up time is 9pm.
Do you offer indoor and outdoor setups?
We do. Our soft play can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor setups, shade is advised and in some cases mandatory.
What is the delivery fee?
The first 5 miles are free. We then charge $2 for every mile after that, starting from 92336.
Can I reschedule my date?
For rescheduling, please message us for dates and availability of sets. We can reschedule a date up to 1 year from the initial booking. No refunds for rescheduling dates.
What is the cancellation policy?
Tell us at least 2 weeks before your party date for a full refund of your deposit. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit. All sales are final.
What about weather and the setup area?
- We do not set up in rain. Rainy events need to be indoors or rescheduled.
- Outdoor areas must be free of debris and animal feces, with the grass cut.
- We do not set up on dirt, mud, or gravel.
- Soft play can get hot in direct sun, so we recommend shade. Canopies are $30 for 10x10 and $60 for 10x20.
What are the rules of play?
- Ages 6 months to 5 years, with an adult (18+) supervising at all times.
- Shoes, jewelry, and glasses off. Socks on.
- No food, drinks, candy, or gum in the play area.
- No water balloons, paint, face paint, glitter, markers, or crayons.
- No smoking, pets, or sharp objects near the play area.
- No climbing, pulling, or sitting on the safety gates.
- Adults may not sit, stand, or lean on the equipment.
- Keep all balls in the play area. Balls must be back in the pit before pickup, or a $50 ball retrieval fee is taken from the deposit.
What if something is damaged?
The renter is responsible for lost or damaged items and pays the full replacement fee. Face paint and staining cause permanent damage and are not allowed.
